- Prepare estimates and explain that insurance benefits are estimates rather than guarantees
- Document communications and follow-up accurately
- Coordinate with dentists, specialists, assistants, front desk, and insurance or billing personnel
Qualifications We May Consider
- Dental treatment-coordination or relevant dental office experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication
